“We came for a few days to hike in the area. The place was very cozy and nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts are very nice, friendly people who really wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable - and we did.”

“The property is nestled nicely in a forested neighborhood. It was just as the pictures depicted. The only negative thing I can say is that the master bedroom bed had a bit of outdoor debris on it and in between the sheets. There was extra sheets and that was fixed quickly. It is close to many area and activities. Overall it was a good stay!”

“Lavishing in a hot tub deep in the forest alongside a clear, rushing river, flourishing rhododendron, and other flowers was the epitome of "forest bathing." It was cool, cloudy, and rainy during our stay, and we didn't care! Hot-tubbing in the rain is an exquisite experience. The home was just rustic enough to be an authentic cabin in the forest. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms made our stay even more enjoyable. With a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of windows to enjoy the……

“The home was as advertised and the view was even more stunning than the listing photos. Very clean and no problem with the internet. It was easy to find and good proximity to Hood River (which has great restaurants and very nice riverside park). We went on a few scenic drives that were really beautiful. Deck furniture is great but in need of new (thicker) cushions. Really enjoyed our stay!! ”

“No heat furnace filters were TOTALLY impacted with dust —no healthyNo GFI outlets by sinksVery poor lighting to go down to the entrance also obstructions in the pathway (irritation lines were laying above ground on the pathway) this could be an okay rental but not in its current condition ”

“In a small cluster of homes. Neighbors are quiet. Woods setting is lovely and a very short drive to Salmon River trailhead. Beds need upgrading but otherwise very unpretentious and cozy.”

“Not as secluded as the pics mate it appear. My fault but didn’t realize there’s no stovetop (hot plate and plug in grill sufficed though). Overall cute cabin for rustic experience. ”
