“The quality of the service has dramatically decrease. The staff at the receptions are not locals and their knowledge of the hospitality world is null, this was the worst check in and check out process. Not long ago, this was one of the best boutique hotels in Puntarenas. The place is beautiful, the staff seems they don’t care their job. The restaurant is expensive and they are not willing to make small changes in the menu even if the price is 4x what you will pay on average in any other……

“Buena estadia, solo que me quede sorprendido a pesar de que sabia que se podia realizar check out late mediante un cobro adicional hasta las 3pm, a pesar de la pregunta realizada en la recepcion, no me lo ofrecieron fue muy cerrada la respuesta de la mujer que estaba en ese momento de que a las 11am se tenia que salir y quedarse en el restaurante cuanto tiempo quisiese Deberian de replantear ampliar la salida al menos al mediodia y capacitar en tener mas tacto con el cliente”

“We hebben een goede ervaring gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Alles was erg netjes en schoon. Ook en zwembad geldt dit voor. We hebben het geluk gehad dat er een apen familie over trok. En ara’s zaten te eten bij het restaurant. Daarnaast was de krokodillen tour die bij de receptie voor je gereserveerd kan worden erg leuk. Het restaurant is prima, en als optie zit er een soda aan het eind van de straat. Wij hebben er drie nachten overnacht.”
