“From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. “Giovanni, Sall and the staff were brilliant. The staff were very helpful at all times and very welcoming. If anyone is booking I would suggest booking a room with a balcony which is what we had overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was great and dinner was good particularly the mushroom risotto. My only feedback would that there needs to be more menu choice for those that have paid for half-board. Perhaps three options per course rather than just two. Overall a very nice stay for the two……
