“In una rovente giornata afosa, dal cielo ingrigito dall'umidità, abbiamo trovato un angolo fiabesco di pace, all'ombra di un giardino alberato dove regna la pace, ed il calore è sconfitto dalla sua naturale copertura. Dentro il castello, l'impeccabile servizio e la cortesia del personale completano il quadro. Come ciliegina, se ce ne fosse bisogno, la piscina coperta con tetto scorrevole soddisferà i desideri di chi vuole rilassarsi, esercitarsi oppure solo rinfrescarsi”

“强烈推荐入住，如果去米兰购物村的话，住这里非常合适开车5分钟就到了，这个酒店原来是贵族的度假别墅，非常富丽堂皇，早餐也很丰盛，酒店还有餐厅可以提供早中晚餐，这不是一个普通的酒店，类似于一个庄园，边上还有很多的葡萄园。”

“入住登記時，本人向酒店服務員出示Hotel.com之確認信內的參考編號，服務員並没有子細看就非常沒有禮貌的説不懂中文，然後我解釋比佢知只想給她看參考編號，她即時黑口黑面，然後問我叫咩名，咁我即時比我的護照給她，她又回答我的預定不是今天，並將護照交回給我，但我即時解釋Hotel.com的確認信是今、明兩天沒有錯，我請她看清楚參考编號再查一次，但她很不高興地説巳經查清楚，因為我堅持沒有錯她黑晒面的又問我叫咩名，並說沒有我的預定⋯⋯總之攪左好耐⋯⋯ 我在意大利的兩星期行程裏，第一次遇到這麼沒有禮貌的服務員，我和家人以後並不想再入住此酒店。”

“Hôtel restaurant excellent. Les chambres sont grandes, propre fonctionnelle. Le restaurant est juste exceptionnel.”

“Used the hotel for a quick night. Late check-in and early check out. Room was large!!! and clean. Bathroom was almost brand new. Hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was super! Great coffee!!! Absolutely high value for money!”

“The place is out of this world. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The atmosphere is serene, exquisite, peaceful. The dining area is glorious and the food being served for breakfast is nothing short of an elaborate, yet delicious treat, including home-made deserts. The surrounding gardens are marvellous. The host is very warm, competent and helpful. You would probably pay 5 times the price for a similar reception anywhere else. And you are 1 hour away from Milan or Genoa.”

“Es war ein ziemlich abenteuerlicher Weg und das Hotel selbst ist nicht unbedingt leicht zu finden, aber jede Schwierigkeit hat sich gelohnt, Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und der Blick traumhaft. Das Personal war ausgesprochen herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Darüberhinaus war das speziell für uns zubereitete Abendessen aus regionalen Produkten ein echter Genuss. Eine wunderbare Mischung aus Herzlichkeit und Schick.Wir planen, bald zurückzukommen. ”
