“Clean, nicely decorated, even better than the description!”

“I hosted a 60th birthday dinner for my husband at a nearby rec hall. This home was the perfect place for me to cook and prepare all the food for my husband's dinner. It was a great spot to sit with family and fellowship. The only issue I had was that the downstairs bathroom shower handle is not on correctly. You have to turn it towards the blue and its really slippery.There were a few spiderwebs and the steps leading to upstairs are really steep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay……

“Owner Mark and his wife Joyce are super friendly. They shared with us sights to see and places to eat, such as a delicious carryout restaurant. Mark's detailed orientation for the pontoon boat and jet skis was helpful, and we appreciated that he acted quickly when we encountered a jet-ski issue that was our fault. He is a very patient and kindhearted gentleman. The house is in good condition and has more than enough room to accommodate several adults and children. The kitchen and dining area……

“Our pre-stay interaction was ok after the shock of the owner not seeming to be aware of our reservation. But was kind enough to let us pay for an early arrival.What we found when we arrived: Snowy, wet day and not mats in front of the door...track snow/slush into the house. Barely any heat in the main living area...registers warm, but not blowing heat. Shower with no pressure. No hair dryer. Washer and dryer not working. This property was not prepared for a stay. But the view is……
