“We had a wonderful time in Highlands and the property was perfect for us. There were four and each of us had a bedroom. The proximity to town is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and the property is in excellent condition, nicely decorated. Our host, Caroline, was very responsive to a couple of questions. We hope to be back and I highly recommend this property!”

“We decided to head to the mountains from the low country for New Years and it was the perfect way to decompress and end the year! The pictures don’t do this cottage justice - it is an absolute dream mountain cottage! My only regret is that I didn’t make our reservation for longer! Normally, I’m ready to head home, but I can honestly say I was sad to leave! The cottage was immaculate, and it had such a peaceful and cozy ambience. The outside porch was, of course, our favorite spot! We spent hours……

“We loved staying here! Being close to town was perfect, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The fire pit area is nice, and in warmer weather it would be a nice spot to have lunch or dinner on the picnic table. Just be warned, the hill leading up to town is no joke!
