“We rented this property for a family stay (6 adults, 1 infant) to attend a wedding at The Farm at Old Edwards and other wedding-related gatherings in Highlands. The property was clean, well-maintained & well-stocked with dishes & other essentials for our 4 night stay, and is located close (under a mile & a half) to Highlands. Check-in was easy & problem-free. Caroline (the host) was very responsive to questions & provided helpful information about the area. The landscaper was not able to get……

“If you want to step back in time and stay at a vintage mountain cabin, this is the place. While everything is comfortable and up-to-date, there is still the feeling that generations of a family have loved being together here, and their happiness has soaked into the walls. A velvet silence settles over the place at night and the porch is so comfortable I could have slept there. Take the hefty security deposit seriously, however, since you may have to wait a couple of weeks for it to be refunded.……

“Upon arrival the Wed. Before thanksgiving we noticed overflowing trash in cans and scattered all over the property. Then as we toured the home down on bottom level the sliding glass door panel was shattered. I felt that was very dangerous. I called the property manager 2x to report. She was very kind but the trash wasn’t addressed until Friday and the glass door never was. Besides these 2 issues all else was as pictured and described. Love the hot tub and that they allow dogs.
