“We had such a great time with family and friends during our stay. It was especially nice because it was so roomy, yet cozy and we didn’t have to worry about parking or noise levels, not that we were so noisy but I know that’s a concern in Santa Barbara. Paul was a welcoming host and our friends had no trouble finding the house with his good directions. Our gathering was of about 20 people.”
