“Beautiful views of Ventura and the ocean from a comfortable home on a hill. We appreciated the off-street parking in a carport. We chose the home because of the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There was also a small bathroom upstairs. Lots of closet space was a benefit not usually available in a rental. We were a group of 5, two grandparents and a daughter, son-in-law and one granddaughter. We did have to be very careful on the stairs going down to the bedrooms from the living room.……

“Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend vacation included a Twilight Tour of Lotusland, a breakfast at Stonehouse at San Ysidro Ranch and an exquisite dinner at Caruso’s at Rosewood at Miramar Beach. The Summerland Beach Oasis was an ideal location only a few minutes drive from these Montecito locations. We enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean and antique shopping in the quaint downtown Summerland. Aidan was quick to respond to any questions. ”

Absolutely beautiful views and sunsets. The lights and fireplace on the rooftop patio made it so cozy. Great location, it took 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back. ”
