“Clean, comfortable, spacious kitchen, easy access to SB and freeway. Jacuzzi was nicely situated but the cover to the jacuzzi was in horrible condition. Hard to impossible without 4 of us to take off. The material of the failing top would pollute the water. Sad. Other than that, the place was great. ”

“This property was better than described and complete with amenities such as bicycles and a well-equipped kitchen. it's location is suberb--offering a quick walk to town, the beach and evening sunsets. There was nothing lacking and the communication with the owner was excellent. ”

“This is a spectacular location and property in Summerland. The house has plenty of room and a nicely appointed kitchen for meals. The outside space is generous and comfortable. Rick and Debby were kind, gracious, and helpful. We hope to be back in the future for another stay!”

“Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned. “I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!”

“Loved this place for location, ease of check in & out, provisions and the home itself. It was clean, welcoming, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, wagon and coolers were a value added bonus! The communication was easy and no problems with anything. The neighborhood is very quiet for sleeping. We got up early each day and left for activities and coming home was a nice respite after a long day of racing. Beds comfortable and nice backyard w firepit and outdoor shower!……

“Really fun cool place with big table for eating or games, lots of comfortable nooks to hang out. Hot tub is great for a warm up after a surf or just relaxing (a bit small for more than one person). Access to garage with ping pong and darts is great plus. Delightfully decorated and designed with rock and roll and seaside themes. Great beds, comfortable and pretty quiet. Very clean and nothing funky or weird. Would definitely stay there again”
