“Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if……

“Das Appartment war sehr toll und ideal gelegen. Late Checkout war gegen eine kleine Gebühr ebenfalls möglich. Lediglich ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wären nett. Es ist nur ein kleiner Tisch in dem Appartment. Der Lift um 20 Cent pro Fahrt und das App im 5. Stock hält fit. Am Abend ist er aber kostenlos. ”

“Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk.
