“It was basic room ”

“Everything was great until i showered in the morning. The water made my skin feel slimy. There wasnt much parking and where our room was we couldnt see our vehicle. Otherwise it was a great stay.”

“Okay, first there was a disconnect between Hotels.com and the hotel, because I had confirmation of reserving two rooms, but they only had me reserving one. No big deal, they had extra rooms available. In the one room, the TV didn't work. They couldn't seem to fix it, so gave us a different room. I felt bad though, because I later realized I'd left my phone charger in the original room, so had to get the front desk guy to come open the room for me. He was very nice about it!
