“Very close to downtown and the University. House was well stocked. Host provided items such as bottled water and free snacks. Great communication when we had questions. The only negative was the mattress in the main bedroom which was very uncomfortable. ”

“Super clean, comfortable home within walking distance to Sanford downtown. You’re right smack in the middle of the historic district if you stay on this charming home. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the location. The house as well had everything you’d need. ”

“This was a perfect place to stay for a quick visit to Daytona Beach. It was centrally located in Port Orange close to grocery stores and restaurants. ”

“The cottage is gorgeous, had everything we jeeded fir our stay and it was very clean. We loved the firepit in the back yard. The only downide is the neighborhood is a little noisy at night. Obviously this isnot yhe owner's failt. ”

“It was a very nice and peaceful property. The four main cottages faced a center are that was well keep. Plenty of seating on the porches and in the center area with nice lighting at night. While we did see other staying at the other cabins, everyone was respectful, helping to keep the place sonething to enjoy.”

“Our host Kim was awesome. Answered all our questions pre and post stay. Was available to show us around the unit and property when we arrived, unfortunately we were there visiting our grand daughter, who had other plans.The unit was clean and had fresh towels and linens. The unit supplied a coffee machine and a kuerig, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet tissue. AC and ceiling fans all worked to keep the unit comfortable at 68-70 degrees.The unit itself is very outdated and needs a……
