“Michelle was really good at responding to messages. Prompt, professional, and helpful. The size of the property was excellent. I can not express how great the location was to shopping, dining, and grocery store. We had tournaments in New Smyrna but went to Daytona for activities for the kids. It was right in the middle of where we needed to be and where we wanted to go. The back yard was great. Then TV outdoors was really nice to have too.The only complaint I would make is we did see a few bugs.……

“We were fortunate enough to find this spacious and clean home about 1 mile from our family so that we could visit for the holidays while also having our own space. The kitchen was large and updated (although we did have to purchase some additional spices/cooking utensils, etc. that were specific to what we needed). The backyard was terrific for our fury friend to get energy out. Towels & linens were fully stocked. We did run out of trash bags and toilet paper, but these were easily purchased at……

“This property was exactly like the listing. The bed was comfy, the TV had a Fire stick already setup. The property was gorgeous as well. ”

“The property was conveniently located near good restaurants, the beach and Daytona International Speedway. The property was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. The bathroom for every bedroom feature was a major plus. We have already rebooked for 2026.”

“pictures on-line don't do it justice. it's larger than it appears on-line and renovated. yes, it has a nice washer/dryer but may want to change the opening picture on the ad. Host was EXCELLENT to work with. Neighborhood seemed safe. FHP next door! Just two negatives, need more drinking glasses and a few more bath towels. We did not report to HOST to resolve because neither a big deal for us. Backyard and front porch were nice to hang out. Very clean. Will stay again for sure.”

“Due to a recent family loss, we needed accommodations that could comfortably host several family members visiting from out of town. This property was the perfect choice, both in terms of space and location, allowing us to stay together rather than booking multiple hotel rooms. Although a bit chilly we were able to enjoy the onsite pool, the firepit in the evenings, and the large open area living room to just hang out and enjoy each others company.The separate detached casita was especially ideal……
