“This is a walk-up apartment that is clean and well-equipped, featuring amenities like Apple TV, a washer, and a dryer. However, the bedroom does not have a window that can be opened. Additionally, residents on the first floor smoke, and the smoke travels up through the air vents. I shared this feedback with the landlord, who has been very responsive. Hopefully, the issue will be addressed soon and the apartment will start to smell better.”

“I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. I would definitely stay again if/when in town.”

“This property is beautifully renovated and modern. The bedding and blankets were quite cozy. I was able to use the kitchen a bit and found it nicely stocked. Communication with Dianne was exceptional, she was super flexible allowing me to check in a bit early. The location is fantastic. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, retail, and bars was a huge plus. I look forward to staying here in the future! Note: there is some outside noise with the train and fire station nearby, but easy to tune……

“I just want to say that my stay at this property was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was Central. The unit that I stayed in had absolutely everything I needed and more. The place was well maintained extremely clean and the property manager was extremely Pleasant and very easy to get along with. I will definitely be booking the same place the next time I come for a family visit to Dayton . booking manager was extremely Pleasantgetwith”
