“House was as pictured. Bright, cheery, fun, eclectic. There was a second living room that I somehow missed in the description and pictures which was a fun surprise. We didn't use either fire place but there are instructions for usage if you do. Love the lighting in the living room -- fun vibe. Beds were comfortable, too. Great outdoor space.Owner super responsive to messages. Would totally stay again.”

“Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one”

“Very convenient location to where I needed to be, especially with the nearby hotels (AC Hotel) being expensive. This townhome was very nice, comfy bed, and had everything I needed. Would stay again.”

“We had a great stay! Enjoyed the home. I am glad I bought insurance as there was some weak spots in the bathroom floor but the process was easy and the owners were right on top of it. They filed the claim and are fixing the floor. My only thought/recommendation would be to not have so much glass decor that a child could break. Other than that, great cute little house!”

“I came to Yellow Springs to attend a yoga retreat with friends. The house was perfect- nice extras- fire pit, quiet backyard, tea and coffee station, spices, condiments, games…. The blow drier was broken and when I mentioned it to the owner he thanked me for letting him know so he could replace it. Beds and pillows were super comfy.”

“We enjoyed our stay. House was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s located close to shops and restaurants. Had minor issue with hot water, but property management helped with it. ”

“A friend and I stayed at Clover Cottage for a 4 days and 3 nights for a birthday celebration. It was so cozy, warm, and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable. We loved the short walk to Ghostlight cafe, and there are plenty of other great places nearby as well. Would definitely recommend!”

“Really liked this property, very simple yet well taken care of. Little touches like having a great selection of laundry agents, and great coffee variety. We loved having two bathrooms, and liked the mid century modern theme. Conveniently close to the Air Force Museum, under the approach path for north east landings at WPAFB too. Clearly well managed, would stay again! Thanks!”
