“House was as pictured. Bright, cheery, fun, eclectic. There was a second living room that I somehow missed in the description and pictures which was a fun surprise. We didn't use either fire place but there are instructions for usage if you do. Love the lighting in the living room -- fun vibe. Beds were comfortable, too. Great outdoor space.Owner super responsive to messages. Would totally stay again.”

“We had a great stay! Enjoyed the home. I am glad I bought insurance as there was some weak spots in the bathroom floor but the process was easy and the owners were right on top of it. They filed the claim and are fixing the floor. My only thought/recommendation would be to not have so much glass decor that a child could break. Other than that, great cute little house!”

“I came to Yellow Springs to attend a yoga retreat with friends. The house was perfect- nice extras- fire pit, quiet backyard, tea and coffee station, spices, condiments, games…. The blow drier was broken and when I mentioned it to the owner he thanked me for letting him know so he could replace it. Beds and pillows were super comfy.”

“This is a well put together home in a quiet neighborhood. We had an extended amount of family and this provided us with enough beds for everyone. “My family stayed here because we travelled to Ohio for my son's college graduation. I had never used Vrbo before as I always stay in hotels. I was not disappointed in my choice. This house was spacious, has a wonderfully sized kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The family room was also a great size. The entire house was also very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. My entire family group loved it. I even left something after l checked out and the owner allowed my son to pick it up……

“My family and I enjoyed our stay. The 7 of us (6 adults and 1 infant) had ample room. The accommodations are lovely and clean. The location is great with many different food options nearby and ease of access to nearby Dayton. My only critique would be to consider adding small smart TVS to the bedrooms (or at least the master). Thank you.”

“A pretty nice place. Obviously, not new build but I saw few signs of structural issues. Clean, well organized. We were there during the recent "week of rain" so although the yard wasn't really used, it was quite nice. A great space in proper weather. Very good location. Easy walk to downtown. Feeling of personal safety was quite high. A good neighborhood feeling. Much nicer than staying along the highway. Really a wonderful lot. Bedrooms are upstairs. A guardrail should be added.
