“Property was clean, historic, charming and beautifully kept. Bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept excellent both nights. Hostess & owner Robin is a gem with the best sense of humor. She was accommodating for all of my needs. Coffee and breakfast were superb. Sounds, sights, and the beautifully curated environment helped me recenter my soul. It was a much needed solo getaway. I was planning my next trip to Rose Hall on my drive home. Do yourself a favor and book more than one night. Thank you……

“The cabin we stayed in was the hummingbird cabin. It was very cozy and had a whirlpool tub which felt great after walking around town. Steve cooked some outstanding breakfast’s. He was also very sociable and knowledgeable about the Eureka Springs area. ”

“We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back. Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. ”

“This is our second time staying here. It is a beautiful, clean, pet friendly home in an amazing location, with a great hostess. You can walk to the downtown and enjoy all the sites of beautiful Eureka Springs! The balcony is wonderful and fun to sit outside. We rented both upstairs and the downstairs rooms in the main house, so we would have privacy. The bottom room is more private than the top. When you rent the top room, it is literally open the room door and you are in the common area. Keep……
