“We came by boat with friends to the marina at Holiday Island. We were staying the weekend to visit Eureka Springs. The place was as described and actually exceeded my expectations!! The owner was friendly and VERY accommodating!!!Overall a great weekend for us and the VRBO made it even better!!”

“Property is very nice have stayed on this property before just not this particular one. This one is very nice in way it is set up with the bunk beds above the beds kids really liked it. The view is very nice. The only problem i can see thst they have is the spiders. Like i stated earlier we have stayed in numerous condos at this resort and can not ever remember having that many spiders. The owners are very easy to deal with they got right on a problem with washer and dryer and they promptly took……

“This property was very clean and comfortable. The AC works great and the hygienic amenities offered were a nice touch. Loved how close to the pool the unit was.There were a couple of minor things that could be improved: a better coffee pot ( the full size coffee maker took two hours to brew 12 cups), and the Nintendo Wii available in the unit did not work.The only two big disappointments about this unit was that you cannot see the lake from the deck in the summertime. We could hear boaters……

“This is a terrific property. TJ (owner) was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and couldn’t have been nicer. The unit is in a great location with a stunning lake view. Everything was as advertised; clean, well stocked, comfortable and easy access. Will definitely come back to Anchors Point to stay here again. ”

“The property manager was very communicative prior to the stay and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. The property is exactly as described and was very clean. Yes, it has a smell as others noted but this was just a camping outdoorsy smell that one can expect when staying in a cabin. I found that once we ran the AC for a bit the smell was gone. Overall would recommend and would stay again! ”
