“We felt so fortunate to stay at the Gage Mansion while in central Pennsylvania for our son's recent Penn State graduation. While the inn is a 45 minute car ride from campus (and full disclosure: a really hilly, windy one at that), like many PSU parents we found ourselves looking for alternatives miles from campus as State College has a well-known shortage of hotel beds for its big weekends. Innkeeper Nancy is SO lovely. Besides being a wonderful cook and attentive host, she went out of her way……

“The property was great it had everything we needed. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Owners were easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Owners gave us information about places to go to eat and information about Raystown lake since it was our first time there. I would highly recommend this place and would come back again. 10 out of 10.”

“This was my 2nd stay. It’s a nice little cabin with the very basic necessities. The beds are comfortable and the place is relatively clean. The downstairs does have a bit of a dog smelt, but nothing overwhelming or terrible. The description is very accurate. Internet is a bit slow and WiFi signal isn’t very strong. The hosts are very kind and communicate in a timely manner. I would stay again. ”

“I can’t say enough about how lovely this cabin is. Our group went there to celebrate my fiancés birthday. It is the halfway point between NJ and OH which is why we chose Huntington, and I’m so glad we did. The cabin was impeccably clean, spacious and comfortable. All necessary items for cooking and making a fire were provided. It’s just perfect for a group of friends to chill for a weekend. It’s also very close to nearby hiking, caverns and cute breakfast spots. Highly recommend!”
