“Loved the garage with all games, though an outdoor heater would've been appreciated. House was as pictured, except the "room" with 2 beds is actually an open loft space. The mattresses were very hard, that was my only real complaint, otherwise the stay was great!”

The home is spacious, clean, with many cool amenities. If you're in need of a place in PA (with more comforts than a hotel) I would highly recommend this property. The thoughtful owners provide even the smallest of details for your convenience & enjoyment!”

“hello just wanted to let you know if you had fans for the upstairs windows then we would have to leave the AC on for half the day,See there only on e window in each room so the cool air dosent come in.maybe a 3 speed fan and it has to fit like 24 inch fan big enough to cool the room...wasted alot of electricity with AC on all the time.thanks the fans are cheap in comparison.”

The home is located in a small quiet village between the Pine Creek and the Pine Creek Rail trail and surrounded by mountain ridges. A very lovely setting. The home was nicely furnished, the beds very comfortable with a nice kitchen. For the outdoor enthusiast Bluebird Hollow's location offers close access to fishing, paddling, biking, hiking and cross country skiing. For the sports fan, it is a 30+ drive to Penn……

“My dad and I went to Central PA to have a quick trip before the holidays and see PSU football while in the area. The town, house, and host are all top notch. This is our second time here and we'll be sure to return in the future! And to our surprise the ducks were still around even though it was 25 degrees outside. ”

“The property was well equipped with entertainment for the kids. However while the floor appeared clean my children’s feet were black from walking on the carpet. Something has also bit my kids legs up. Only 3 forks. Two men showed up to yard work cussing. We could hear them inside the house. We were not told they would be there and found it very scary. Two small window units to cool whole house. It was upper hot! Plastic sheets on the bed made it even hotter. We contacted the owner and asked to……

“We had a very nice stay at the Love Shack. Jane went out of her way to think of everything and added many extras -- water bottles in each bedroom, wine, toiletries, and snacks. The house was spotless and the layout was great -- the heated family room was especially cozy. The binder with restaurants and other information was very helpful.
