“From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and stress-free visit. The hotel/room itself was spotlessly clean. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable customer service. The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They recommended nearby restaurants, and even arranged a taxi to the city center. On our departure day, they thoughtfully organized a 4:00AM transport to the airport, making my travel smooth and easy. Highly recommended!”

“We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. Our room was spacious and was cleaned daily. The hotel also offers ample space for car parking. Despite our late check-in and very early checkout, everything went smoothly, thanks to the 24-hour reception. “If you are in Naples this is the best property to stay at if you rented a car like a lot of us do. Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. I loved that a lot of locals come here so you get a taste of real people from Napoli not just the tourist industry people.
