“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Nice tidy apartment in a quaint neighbourhood. Walkable to Piazza Bra, Arena and the main shopping district. Hotel reception (at Hotel Mastino) were very helpful in terms of guiding us to our destinations.
Only issue is that the property is quite a distance from the main train station, so it might be difficult to navigate on foot with luggage.”

“Perfetto! Fantastic location: quiet neighborhood, quick walk into town, quick access to major roads, neighborhood grocery, etc!! Clean apartment with all you need and high quality linens! Exterior roller shades keep out light, noise, heat. One little negative: the hot water and pressure in shower was unsatisfactory but we managed cleanliness anyway! Photos on website do not reflect the elegance and charm of the property! Free parking was WONDERFUL and safe! Mirta was responsive, helpful……

"Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff.
Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). "
