“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“A classy hotel, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with kettle, coffee and teabags to make own drink. Lovely bathroom with handy extras like hod quality toiletries and non-slip bathmat. Fantastic breakfast with a huge choice, perfect for me as a vegan. The chickpeas in smoky tomato sauce were especially delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception when arranging a car to the airport. I was with friends and there were spaces to meet as a group which we appreciated.……
