Emännän touhu vaikutti ehkä siksi epäystävälliseltä, koska hän ei osaa Englantia ja hän mumisi itsekseen Italiaa esim. sisään- ja uloskirjauksen yhteydessä. Ilmastointi oli todella tehoton, ja yöllä oli 26 astetta lämmintä huoneessa. Kaikki mitä he myyvät, paitsi ehkä viini mukaan, on erittäin ylihinnoiteltua. Lähellä ei ole kauppoja, niin siinä on tilaisuus sitten ryöstää. Muuten oikein mukava ja……

“This was an excellent hotel, well located an easy walk to the train station and the center of Alba. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The staff was helpful when I needed to arrange a taxi. The breakfast was also a nice plus! Highly recommend!! ”

“The place is out of this world. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The atmosphere is serene, exquisite, peaceful. The dining area is glorious and the food being served for breakfast is nothing short of an elaborate, yet delicious treat, including home-made deserts. The surrounding gardens are marvellous. The host is very warm, competent and helpful. You would probably pay 5 times the price for a similar reception anywhere else. And you are 1 hour away from Milan or Genoa.”

“Wonderful stay! We were met by our host Christina, who was incredibly kind and helpful. They had called in advance to let us know that they wouldn't be able to serve breakfast in the morning. I think this was an unusual exception, but it was a non-issue as we were notified and because Christina prepared some snacks for us.
