“We stay in a double bed room on New Year’ eve for 3 nights. We enjoy staying here so much for the following reasons: 1. Shower water is hot, water pressure is strong. Enclosed shower room. 2. A/C works functionally 3. Common kitchen is incredibly clean and fully equipped. 4. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff team. They help us arrange transportation and store our luggage after check out. 5. No noise My first experience in youth hostel turned out very satisfying, highly recommend.”

“旅館人員服務態度很棒，房間乾淨，但是床架需要更換（躺下會有很大的噪音）。隔音不是很好，可以聽到隔壁打呼聲。附近環境需要改善，窗戶外可以看到後院的一堆雜物。”

“偶然ガザ抗議デモと重なったため、周辺のエリアは危険としていますが、ホテル内は完全に安全でした。しっかり過激な抗議者が侵入しないように配慮されていました。 ピサ中央駅からホテルに到着するまでの道でデモと警察の衝突がり、非常に危険でした。 ローマでのデモ等は激しめのようですので、訪れる際はお気をつけください。 スタッフさんに関しては、温かく丁寧な対応で素晴らしく良かったです。チェックインもスムーズで説明も丁寧でした。困ったことがあればすぐに相談できます。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。またぜひ利用したいです。”
