“Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. “I absolutely loved everything about this property! It had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer in the room….which is essential when it’s brutally hot outside and you go through every outfit you brought. The staff were great and so friendly. The elevator wasn’t working but I didn’t let it ruin my vacation. I will definitely stay again when back in the area ”
“The Pink Shell was an amazing property. The staff were so helpful and fun! The villa we stayed in was so clean and had everything we needed and more. I didn't realize they had washer/dryers, dishwashers, stoves etc in them. I also loved the adult only pool. The family friendly pool stayed very active and we preferred to hang out with our drinks and relax. Fort Myers Beach is still in repair after the hurricane last year. That was the only thing that I could see that would make me give it 4……
“We enjoyed our stay . This is our second time staying at this Hyatt and it has always been a wonderful experience. The beach is an added perk, you do have to make reservations in advance specially during peak season. The rooms at impeccably clean, the amenities well maintained and the water park is very nice too.
We love to spend the night at the Mangroves bar, the drinks are well made and the service superb. We ate at the pool a few times and service is also great. Next time we plan to eat at……
“Our go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor.
