“Eigentlich alles bestens. Nur leider schreiben Sie einem keine Rechnung wenn man über Expedia gebucht hat. Andere Hotels machen das. Bei Expedia eine Rechnung zu bekommen ist sehr mühsam und eigentlich keine Rechnung sondern nur ein Beleg. Steht dann so auch drauf. Für Geschäftsreisende über Expedia nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Sonst ein sehr gutes Hotel.”

“Sehr freundliches Personal, ich bin mit dem Rad angereist und konnte es in der Tiefgarage parken. So stand es sicher und trocken. Das Einzelzimmer war übersichtlich, hatte aber alles was man braucht, das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Gerne komme ich wieder! ”

“The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. ”

“Found long hairs in the sink, there were various food splatter on the walls in the restaurant, there wasn't always a receptionist, and if you rang the bell someone from the kitchen would come to help you but they rarely spoke English. The view from the halls and the restaurant is to a big empty gravel-filled hangar where some construction is underway. The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations, snoring, coughing, TV, etc easily from other rooms. You don't have access cards to……
