Clean, good value for money
"This was a pleasant stay. Evening meal and breakfast was great. Good value for money. Room was small and needed updating. Our room needed a new matress. Staff were excellent. Would recommend"

"Room was very small and although the en-suite was newly fitted there was no surface to put a wash bag - very silly. Bar area had loud music playing constantly- too loud in our opinion. Staff friendly but all a bit basic."

"Great property. Cosy, warm and clean. Superb base to explore the NC500. Highly recommend Dunnet head, Bettyhill. Day trip to orkney and the north coast vistor centre in Thurso. Great communication from Alan and Jen so very helpful."

"We actually got moved to the Norseman Hotel as We felt the approach to the property was not the best as loads of pot holes in the road. The property looked like it had been a nursing home, it needed some landscaping outside we felt the security was not good as the main door which was not signposted ..."
