“Jane is friendly and sincere. We were impressed by her welcome tea while we did the check in. She actively provided advice on the choice of restaurants in the area and helped us book a table for dinner at Northern Sands. Jane and Richard are nice guys with their lovely cat, Lona. “Room was very small and although the en-suite was newly fitted there was no surface to put a wash bag - very silly. Bar area had loud music playing constantly- too loud in our opinion. Staff friendly but all a bit basic. ”
