“On arrival other people were about and showed us what what to do and where to go key safe worked well we slept well your coffee we liked we had our own food in the car for breakfast . if we are lucky enough to go back to Scotland next year and going to be in that area I’m sure we would come again as we are both 84 we never know what the future holds . She actively provided advice on the choice of restaurants in the area and helped us book a table for dinner at Northern Sands. Jane and Richard are nice guys with their lovely cat, Lona. “For the price this hotel was perfect. The room we were in had history too, the McCartney Room. The breakfast was self serve of good quality, the hotel is a little dated, but it’s been around a while.”

“Stay was okay. Nothing spectacular. Basic but it’s what you’d expect for the price. The shared communal kitchen area was nice, clean and had plenty of facilities for you to use and communal breakfast options also. ”

“We stayed in the Miller’s Cottage 2 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Wonderful dining for dinner and breakfast in the Forss House dining room. A lovely stop for us on our NC500 road trip!”

“Wakker worden met uitzicht op bos. wayne is een super vriendelijke host. Hij beantwoord vragen direct, heeft leuke tips en advies voor trips in omgeving. Ideale tussenstop als je de NC500 rijdt. Maar eigenlijk jammer dat we niet langer dan 1 nacht konden blijven. Bedden lagen heerlijk, fijn beddengoed, textiel etc. Het is ontzettend schoon. We verbeleven hier met 3 personen. Meer dan voldoende ruimte. In keuken alles aanwezig. Wifi uitstekend. We raden deze cottage aan om te boeken. Als je tijd……
