“This is a luxury hotel in downtown Limerick. The valet parking was extremely convenient and we were able to walk to a number of excellent restaurants as well as take a walk along the river. The staff was helpful and informative. The room was modern, quiet, and comfortable as well as very clean.”

“The staff went above and beyond in berthing they did. So friendly and inviting, they even set me up with a Jr suite at the last minute for one extra day! Top notch service. You do not get this kind of service in the states ”

“We had a great stay. We were there 6-nights. Beautiful surroundings located right next to the Shannon river. Each meal we had was quite delicious. Maggie made sure we had everything we needed. ”

“Stayed here for a night and automatically thought the size of the room was much bigger than you’d normally get for a „standard” room. Place was spotless. Very pleasant receptionists. Breakfast next morning was lovely too with plenty of choices. I stayed there to have a night away for myself and only downfall was lack of channels with movies etc/ Netflix but the staff assured me they are looking to upgrade the TV’s. 5 stars ”

“The hotel was excellent for Disability awareness. The breakfasts were delicious including the omelettes. The staff from receptionist to breakfast servers were kind and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble or time consuming. I would happily stay there again after spending 6 consecutive nights there. My only concern was lack of air conditioning but we were having a heat wave. 😊. Thank you all 😊🌹👏”
