“Location was excellent for Highland Festival activities. Lil Blue had everything we needed. Hosts made check in/check out process easy and were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed use of the porch and loved walking to coffee shop. ”

“Quiet, tidy neighborhood convenient to downtown (the State Street tourist areas). The property is exactly as pictured, with the addition of an amazing flower garden in the back yard! We enjoyed its proximity to South Holston Lake and to the Mendota Trail for biking/walking.”

“When we arrived we were greeted by Lynn and her son. They help us carry our things to the house. The house was perfect. Lynn thought of everything. Water in the fridge and a bucket of snacks. This was our first VRBO rental and it will be very very hard to top the hospitality that we received. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the area. The location was great. Close to shopping and many restaurants. We chose the Wright location. ”
