“The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort.”

“The people at the reception desk were super nice and helpful, both the day Lady and the evening guy. They tried to do everything possibile to make your stay a pleasurable one. The Hotel location is good if you are trying to get one of the ferries or tours to the Aeolian Islands. Unfortunately is on a side street and in front of a cargo section of the Milazzo Port. What I found is that although the management of the Hotel is trying to keep up with the maintanance of the Hotel unfortunately it……

“Lovely place. Giada paid attention to us as if she were the owner. Convenient location to the port. 10 minute walk to the ferry, retaurants and shopping. Excellent breakfast. We will be staying at the same hotel next week upon our return from Stromboli.”
