“I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. “Coralie and her staff were always so nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and a couple really good restaurants. We 100% preferred the beach in line with the hotel compared to the private one that the shuttle brings you to because you’re dependant on the shuttle service to get back which was not reliable when we were there and much more uncomfortable rocks under our feet. ”

“Inside the hotel, the property is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very attentive. The room was very comfortable. While there is a gated parking lot in the back, the street is on a steep hill, which requires a steep set of concrete stairs to get up and down to walk anywhere, including public transportation. It is very dirty and full of trash, which had obviously been there for weeks or months. Sidewalks are narrow and littered with dog poop in addition to litter. The building……

“This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. “It was a beautiful property, completely private. Wasnt sure from online but it looked like it was walkable to sea but you just can see the water. You also can not walk to other parts of town as its a gated properyy up on a hill. But the grounds are beautiful trees and flowers and bushes. ”

“We had the corner room with a balcony on the 1st floor. The room was great. Perfect for the two-day stay we planned for some beach fun. Also access to the train is a mere 9 minute walk. We spent some time checking sites in Taormina. ”
