“I set up a trip for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of friends to go to cedar point! There were 12 of us and it still felt spacious. There was good communication with owners. Even though we went on a weekend that the winds basically shut down all the rides at cedar point, we had a blast staying at this house! (We got a rain check on the tickets, so it’s possible that we will be back!) ”

“The place was right on the lake. The house was AMAZING!! Plenty of room, and the kids loved everything from the view of the lake to the board games. The house was gorgeous and only 10 minutes from shopping, dining, and Cedar Point! My kids and boyfriend said they want to come back to this house next year.”

“We stayed here for a couple of nights. Location was perfect - just a block from the water and five miles from Cedar Point. Also close to Rt 2 for easy driving to Marblehead, etc. Inside, stay was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The owners have done a nice job with a remodel of an older home. On the down side, I wasn't 100% crazy about the exterior or the neighborhood - both were just a tiny bit on the worn/shabby side - but we felt safe.”

“As rentals go, we found this place to be well above average. For the most part it was well-stocked compared to other rentals we have experienced. It even had large pots, skillets and bowls to serve a family group of 7. It was clean and as advertised. The negatives were the very late access information provided (which came past the check-in time), the lack of cutlery, and the VERY wobbly bunkbeds which we found unsafe. “Perfect place to stay! Close to Cedar Point, Rye Beach (private/included with house rental), Lighthouse, and many other great beaches and parks. Property was properly maintained. Comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Only bad thing I could say is SPIDERS! Not fault of property owners. Huge spiders outside living on the beautiful deck. Bring bug spray if visiting during warm months. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!”

“Loved this house! The pool table and dart board were a huge hit as well as the basketball hoop! Kept us all nice and busy while at the house. The location is perfect and close and easy to get to Cedar Point. House had all the necessities we needed for cooking and keeping us comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Rooms had window units to keep us cool. Katherine is a wonderful host and quickly responded if I had any questions. ”
