“Our experience at this beautiful hotel was exceptional. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it was absolutely perfect – from the luxurious Jacuzzi to the spacious, well-appointed shower. Every detail exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the entire property is truly special, nestled in the charming heart of San Gemini. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!”

“It’s a beautiful property. It’s very relaxing. The owner and his 2 adult children were very attentive , always smiling and ensured we had everything we needed. We are an American couple that stayed here 3 nights - we met a couple from Rome and a couple from Sienne that came for the weekend and talked with us about their country”

La struttura è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e la pulizia impeccabile. È evidente che viene prestata grande attenzione al comfort degli ospiti, con ambienti luminosi e accoglienti che permettono di rilassarsi completamente fin dal primo momento. “Se non si vuole la confusione della piccola narni allora questo hotel che sta in campagna va benissimo. se si va per la festa dell'anello, visti i posteggi non particolarmente abbondanti nella città di narni, non ottimale perchè bisogna spostarsi con la macchina e quindi ogni volta con la necessità di trovare posteggio.”

“Spacious and clean. Very nice service. Easy to park. Lovely surprise to find such delicious dinner sitting next to the fireplace was icing on the cake. The stew was the best so far in Italy. ”

“This is a beautiful property. The buildings and surrounding countryside. The outdoor amenities are terrific with a large pool and a jetted smaller pool (cold water). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small and utilitarian and the bed was too hard for our liking. We are dinner and breakfast there and both meals were good (especially the cooked breakfast). The only downside of the property is that it is aging and in need of updating and maintenance. We still enjoyed our stay……
