They are all very kind and friendly and were willing to make my stay easier/better at every opportunity.. arranging early dinner, adding a lunch booking late, chatting to us about visits we were planning in the area.. the list is endless. “The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”
