“We came to stay close to Shenandoah University for our daughter's graduation. We had ten guests (had thought up to 16 and we had plenty of room)! We had a blast! The home allowed for plenty of sleeping space, room for us all to eat together, hang out, and sit by the firepit. We were close to many vineyards. The whole weekend was a dream! Thanks, Anna!”

“Weekend trip was a success. This home was wonderful, comfortable, well kept, clean, organized. It had everything you would need. It was close to downtown Fredericksburg and Central Park, both within a 10-15 minute drive. The small fenced in part of the yard was perfect and enough to let my dogs out and easy to clean up. The doggy door was a plus!! This house is conveniently located to I95 and 50 miles from Washington, DC. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Highly……

“House is ok. Nice neighborhood and overall decent home but for the price it leaves a lot to be desired. Cobwebs, 1 kitchen towel, bathtub was dirty, random old/expired spices and food condiments in the cabinets and refrigerator. Living room is huge, but couch is very small. Downstairs space is huge, but there is no furniture, no towels in bathroom and there is a random/annoying beeping noise coming from what I believe is the garage but you cannot inspect what it as . Also had to purchase wasp……

While the kitchen is a bit outdated, it still had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location was fantastic - close to everything we wanted to explore. “The host was very responsive and interacted well. The house was perfect for my event. I was able to host a family celebration for a graduation. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. The only issue was the heating and cooling system but as mention earlier the host was so responsive it never became a big issue. I would definitely book with this host/ property agian.”
