“We had a great stay. Property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Communication was great. ”

“Nice little piece of property on the lake. Nice attention to details from the coffees and creamers to the personal products in the bathrooms. There is a special tenant form required for this VRBO which we didn’t see any communication about until 48 hours prior to check in which was when it was due. That would have been a nice alert to have early on since it was a physical copy that had to be printed, signed and scanned back.”

“Our family stayed here for a graduation trip. It exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all cooking amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were also very helpful for our group. Not familiar with the area, we weren’t sure what to expect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Close proximity to everything we needed. Thank you! ”

“Specious home to enjoy time with family. 25 min form Fredericksburg VA and 1.25 hours from DC. Check out the marines museum which is free and 20 minutes away. ”

“We came to stay close to Shenandoah University for our daughter's graduation. We had ten guests (had thought up to 16 and we had plenty of room)! We had a blast! The home allowed for plenty of sleeping space, room for us all to eat together, hang out, and sit by the firepit. We were close to many vineyards. The whole weekend was a dream! Thanks, Anna!”

“Weekend trip was a success. This home was wonderful, comfortable, well kept, clean, organized. It had everything you would need. It was close to downtown Fredericksburg and Central Park, both within a 10-15 minute drive. The small fenced in part of the yard was perfect and enough to let my dogs out and easy to clean up. The doggy door was a plus!! This house is conveniently located to I95 and 50 miles from Washington, DC. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Highly……

“Excellent home base location for any Fredericksburg area activities. Quiet and peaceful street and home. Pictures in listing are an accurate representation. House had all of the essentials, and both bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms of any rental I've ever stayed in. Host communicated well, left plenty of instructions where they might be needed, and even left snacks with a personal note. A very good experience - thank you!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this house! The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. While the kitchen is a bit outdated, it still had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location was fantastic - close to everything we wanted to explore. “The host was very responsive and interacted well. The house was perfect for my event. I was able to host a family celebration for a graduation. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. The only issue was the heating and cooling system but as mention earlier the host was so responsive it never became a big issue. I would definitely book with this host/ property agian.”
