“I was in the area for one night for business and had my young granddaughter with me. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. Lots of apps available on the TV. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. The continental breakfast was very nicely set and had lots of variety. I plan on coming back NOT for business just so I can enjoy another stay. Highly recommend.”

“Wow! What a location and what a house! This place has everything you need for a relaxing time in CB. We were even able to bring our dogs and they had the best time as well. The home is huge and great for any configuration of friends or family and in walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The hosts were super easy to work with and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were comfortable and had what we needed. Don't miss this one! ”

“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. “House is very cute. Would be nice if area in back had a little area to sit. Even though there is a table back there we didn’t know if we could use it or belonged to rental property. Also the deadbolt on back door we could not get to lock has a regular door handle lock which is what we used. We were over all pleased with our stay.”

“Nice home. 3 stories with a bedroom, bathroom and living room on bottom where I spent most of my time. Kitchen, dining room and another living room on 2nd floor. Really nice, big tv in that room but couldn't watch anything on it. Nothing was connected to it and I couldn't figure out how to get Netflix or Prime video to work on it. Probably just operator error. 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the master and two bathrooms. ”
