“Amazing place! We jave 4 small girls and my family lives in the area so for a place to stay at that had everything toddlers need, as well as teens as the grow older....beds galore...you are supposed to be outside here, so be outisde and enjoy the natural buty”

“Great location and beautiful area. The towels smelled musty and the hall bathroom smelled. Needs a bit more towels and hand towels. The bar stools needed to be tightened and the chairs around the table. ”

“It is a great house in a nice community. Everything is spacious and like new. The backyard opens onto a community park with a playground and walking trail. There is ample parking. The owner promptly responded to every inquiry. ”

“Location is perfect as it near Quantico Marine Corps Base. The only con was that it is a basement apartment and you hear everything from upstairs and a few nights it was very loud upstairs. ”

“Bug infested, double booked, gave code to both familes, filthy dirty, moled towels, no amenidties *but wouldnt use them if they were there). Had to go buy paper towel, toliet paper, plates plasitcware, cups even for coffee. Towels had mold. Laundry coin operated and even if you have coin open the dorr get the stench of a lifetime. Oh and infested with ants and hornets. Stay outside its better”

“We were in town for our son’s fencing tournament at the Fredericksburg Convention Center. The property is only 20 minutes away from pretty much anywhere in town. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded, and the house is clean and spacious, with an abundance of helpful information from the owner. Highly recommend if staying in the area! ”

“We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated basement level apartment! The space was very clean and we loved the creative decor and thoughtful touches. Our host was very communicative, warm, and kind. He was also very quick to respond to messages and made sure our stay was comfortable. There were some chickens on the property and my 3yo loved going out to see them and she also had a great time using the trampoline. We only had a very short stay, but it was one of the most memorable trips……
