“We traveled from out of town for my grandmother‘s funeral. It was the perfect oasis we needed during our difficult time. “Great, quiet location. Cabin was very unique with history. We had a nice stay, toured the property with a guide. We enjoyed a great dinner at Itavie and a wonderful breakfast at the Biscuit Batch, both in Spotsylvania”

“The house was very clean and functional with good, useful spaces. Waterfront was okay, though the bottom near the shore was mucky - wear swim shoes (which you should in any lake). Could use water stairs. Community was nice as were all the people we encountered. The clubhouse restaurant was very nice. The golf course bar was pleasant. Very near supermarket and Walmart. Overall, a very pleasant stay.”

“We were scheduled to stay on the property Saturday, Sunday and Monday night. Upon arrival, we checked the house and the temperature in the house was 82 degrees. We found the AC was not functionings properly. We contacted the host. The host made several suggestions to maybe fix the problem. None of the suggestions worked.
