“Very nice, clean and comfortable home. The interior was better than the pictures depicted. Our favorite place was the deck where we watched the ducks and swans. We would definitely come back. ”

“The view was spectacular! It suited our needs and we overall loved the place and enjoyed our stay very much. For the price we paid we weren’t happy with the cleanliness when we got there. None of the furniture was very comfortable in the main family room. There were no cushions on some of the chairs and the furniture needed some attention! The outside needed a lot of attention as well. Even just a lawn would’ve been nice. But I will say we enjoyed ourselves very much and would come back again! ”

“Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. “Wonderful golf cart community to explore the town with. The home was clean, lovely and perfect for our family. Only a short walk to the beach. We spent the day playing volleyball and exploring town. We are excited to come back during the summer. Diana was communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Wonderful spring break vacation. ”

“Weekend trip was a success. This home was wonderful, comfortable, well kept, clean, organized. It had everything you would need. It was close to downtown Fredericksburg and Central Park, both within a 10-15 minute drive. The small fenced in part of the yard was perfect and enough to let my dogs out and easy to clean up. The doggy door was a plus!! This house is conveniently located to I95 and 50 miles from Washington, DC. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Highly……
