“Cobb Island is so great for a weekend to relax and recharge. This house was perfect for our family - it's walkable to everything, fantastic water views, and they are not kidding about the gorgeous sunsets! We hope to return!”

“This is a well kept beautiful home inside and out. The views are gorgeous, either from the deck or poolside. Lots of bird activity around the water. Well equipped clean kitchen and thought put in to the little things you might need overall. Great place to relax and enjoy the wonderful property. The owner manager Shannon is very available and responsive if needed. Could not recommend this listing more highly!”

“This was a lovely home that was perfect for hosting a group. Everything you need and within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!”

“This property was more than enough room for our family of 8. My daughters really liked having the 3rd floor to themselves complete with their own bathroom. The renovations that were done on this house were very tasteful. All of the furnishings were well thought out and work very well throughout the home. We will definitely rent again if we are in the area!”

“Everything. I mean everything was perfect. We saw swans, ducks, and even sn alligator gar for you fishing lovers. The River was beautiful. The host very responsive. The house very-well appointed. Nothing missing. They even had art supplies for our rainy day. Highly recommend this water-front house.”
