“Clean & nice house. Owners were kind and helpful! ”

“We adored this pet-friendly cottage that is right on the water of the Potomac. It is very nicely decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the internet was fast and the TVs were all smart TVs with plenty of streaming options. The island was very peaceful and quiet and the cottage is conveniently located within a reasonable walk of the marina, restaurant and store. The dock appeared new and has a bench with back for seating and relaxing over the water. There were two bikes available for……

“This was a great experience. Check-in went well. It had plenty of rooms for myself as well as my dad and bridesmaids (some who were married and needed private rooms). Overall we had everything we needed. Although I wasn't there for checkout I was told it went smoothly as well.”

“Wonderful 4 night stay. The home and Jessica were very welcoming! We're regular visitors to CB and this is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in. It was neat and clean and uncluttered. Enjoyed the covered porch while it rained. Nice grill, even a side burner! Fenced yard was great for our pup. Room for our truck, trailer and golf cart. Hope to stay again!”

“The house in Colonial Beach is beautiful and looks exactly like the posting. There is plenty of soap, shampoo and other supplies. The town is beautiful and has restaurants and diners within walking distance of the house. We would definitely rent this house again!”

“This place is an amazing place to stay. Host go out of her way to buy toy for my children to play with. I have to say that is the first time a host have ever done for me and my family. Clean place and the back yard is that of a resort! As long as my wife want's to come back, I Most definitely recommend.”

“The home was immaculate and very well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies, appliances and linens. Between the pool, putting green, beach and playground, there was plenty to do for the adults and the almost 4 year-old and 15-month-old grandchildren. Nearby the Westmoreland State Park was a wonderful place to spend a day and the grandchildren loved the train museum/store in town.Matt, the host went above and beyond in terms of answering our many questions.
