“This cute little cottage was perfect for 2 of us and our dog. It was decorated coastal and everything was just the right size. We loved the screened in porches and spent a lot of time enjoying them. We will definitely stay there again.”

“The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. ”

“My friends booked a last minute staycation to catch up in one place. This place had all the amenities to bring groceries and hunker down for the weekend. The grounds were gorgeous and all the home spaces were cozy. Also, the owner was incredibly communicative before the stay and when we had a few questions during. We were in town for a wedding in Waldorf, and this cottage was the ideal place to stay—peaceful, beautifully located, and just the right distance from everything.The home was spotless, well-kept, and had everything we needed, including on-site laundry which was a huge bonus.
