“We were on a late flight from Manila. Informed Hotel that we required very late check in around midnight. Arrived 2325hrs. Hotel reception in total darkness. Rung doir bell many time tk ni avail. They advertise 24Hrs checkin. Phoned the number above reception, lady sId she would wake the Management. She replied back stating that they were coming 1 floor. Another 40mins finally the reception opened. Zhe explained that she had not been paid so I owed her Php 1250. Zaix I will sort it oht in the……
