“Perfect size cabin. Lovely area. No WiFi on our last night but that could've been because of the weather. Nice fire pit, that was my favorite part of the day once we returned from our wanderings. Very peaceful. We would def come back.”

“After a really stressful couple of weeks this property was just what we needed to reset our minds and bodies.The fact that we were able to bring our dog with us was a definite bonus. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porch with Zoey laying in the fenced in yard. Other times we sat by the creek and watched the geese and goslings swimming down stream. There is some road noise as mentioned in the description however we easily tuned it out and at night in the bedroom it was basically non……

“We stayed in the cabin for our son's wedding weekend. Loved the coziness and feel of the cabin...only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy it. We'd love to return and do just that! ”

“This place was perfect for us. Secluded and quiet area, great history, and great amenities. It’s definitely a historic cabin and may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who are taller than around 5’9”, or those with physical handicaps. For us it was perfect. The managers were great and communicated with us any time we asked questions. Highly recommend. ”

“This beautiful home was built by the owners and is tastefully decorated as well as nicely maintained. The location makes it extremely convenient for day trips to surrounding towns such as Frederick, Harper's Ferry and Gettysburg. The home is comfortable and can easily accommodate a large group. The hosts are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook if we were to return to the area.”

“Quaint adorable cabin nestled next to battlefields and short drive to Harpers Ferry. Beautiful deck in back overlooking woods. We hiked at various lookouts and did the ranger talk in town (highly recommend). Magical 3 day 2 nights. Completely relaxed! ”
