“The Retreat is a fantastic place to stay! Everything we needed for the trip was available. The cabin was very nicely decorated, peaceful, and the scenery was great. The back yard was like an oasis with the fenced and hot tub set against the tree lined woods. We would definitely recommend this wonderful place for a much needed vacation. “Only 1 complaint: I recommend to the Host that she set up a welcome message for the 4pm check-in time which includes the door code and the wifi password. Getting those with no service could be a real issue. Sidenote: If you use Xfinity it will connect to the house hotspot.The good stuff! We love this place!!! It seemed a little sketchy when we pulled down the road with a business out front, but it is totally hidden from any surroundings and was very private. As soon as we parked, I could hear……

“Beautiful RV, especially the outside. There’s not much to do in the area but the scenery around the place makes it worth it and very relaxing. The other campers around are so nice especially the elderly people. They helped me and my family find our RV and get service especially since the service there is bad and we weren’t able to contact the owner for the gate code.”

“Quiet location away from the tourist area. Our fur babies loved the fenced in yard and the creek. Very well thought out, every thing you needed was provided. Bonus: A small farm next door that sells fresh veggies. 30 minutes into Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. 20 minutes into Cosby/Newport.”

“This is a really awesome experience! My Fiancé and I both love camping and for her birthday we stayed here for 1 night only. I wish I didn’t have to leave. So peaceful, with access to bathrooms and showers. Much needed time away and we enjoyed every minute of it. Definitely will return! ”
