“It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge……

“La ubicación del hotel es ideal, si bien nuestra habitación no tenía vista directa al mar sí se podía ver la montaña y desde el jardín interno se puede ver la costa. El tamaño de la habitación y la limpieza fueron superlativas y mucho más el trato que nos brindaron las personas en la recepción que nos ayudaron a gestionar un translado, nos dieron toallas para la playa y nos brindaron consejos de paseos. “We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. ”

We told her that VRBO doesn’t endorse any charges not part of the original booking. She stated her fees are very high. We explained to her, she needs to increase her fees prior to booking if needed.
