“Amazing experience staying at Reve d’Hotel Emma. It was quite literally a dream. Excellent hosts, helpful, kind, and considerate. Comfortable beds and facilities. Loved the breakfast especially the delicious home made jams! The setting is breathtaking-nestled within nature and a perfect getaway. Wish we had spent more time. The photographs don’t do justice. The stay and experience was more than 5star. Only exceeded by the cute cat ”

“Mas Valentine is gorgeous and serene. The staff are absolutely wonderful. This was a pleasant stay, great location for the region, and a vibe of relaxation at the end of a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent, pool is very nice and you can reserve time in the hot tub (you don't need to have a spa service to access it). Rooms are comfortable, amenities are all as you would expect in this kind of accommodation. I highly recommend!! My only note is that we found the bed in the room we……

“非常不好的經驗！旅館資訊説明24小時入住服務，並且在入住前一天以電子郵件通知住房登記的密碼，但我們在晚上十點抵達時，卻無法成功使用該密碼取得入住的房號和房門卡片！ 現場沒有任何人可以協助，連大門口的對講機也沒有回應，致電Hotel.com的客服中心請求協助，也無法和飯店的任何人聯絡上！折騰了三個小時才由第三位客服中心作業員安排到20公里外的另一個酒店入住，國際電話講了近三小時、再加上駕車的時間、油錢和過路費都是增加的費用啊⋯⋯ 之後也沒有任何來自該酒店的訊息或道歉，真的很誇張。從來沒有想到會有這樣的情況和住宿服務，請大家千萬不要再選擇這樣的業者！”
